AskOI Advisory was founded by Oriane Kaesmann, a governance, compliance and strategic advisory professional with experience spanning financial institutions, consulting firms, fintech ecosystems and regulatory-driven transformation initiatives.

Her career has included roles at Pictet, Deloitte Luxembourg, Grant Thornton Luxembourg and the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT), where she contributed to projects covering governance, AML/CFT, sustainable finance, regulatory compliance, digital assets, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of regulation, strategy and operational implementation, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory requirements while maintaining a focus on business objectives and long-term resilience.

Prior to Luxembourg, she was also exposed to the consulting profession through her family's advisory activities in France, providing an early understanding of the challenges faced by entrepreneurs, executives and growing organizations.

Today, through AskOI Advisory, she provides independent strategic advisory services to financial institutions, fintechs and regulated entities seeking practical guidance on governance, compliance, risk management, AML/CFT, ESG, digital finance and emerging regulatory frameworks.
